- THE CANADIAN PRESS"A new survey finds the percentage of Canadians turning to food banks is rising sharply.
Food Banks Canada says there has been an increase of around 20 per cent each month among those using food banks.
The increase is based on survey results of food bank usage this past March compared to March 2008.
